Well...let me first begin by saying...DON'T MOVE HERE! I have been living here for almost a year, and I have already tried to break my lease.(That should say a lot!!!) This place should not even be available for animals...let alone humans to live in. I should have known that this place was too good to be true, with the prices and all! My first problem occurred when I was scheduled to move in!!! I came in to complete my paperwork a month in advance and had a set date to move in. Unfortunately, when I arrived to move in, they did not have my correct move in date, nor was my apartment ready. I had drove for ten hours and almost did not have a place to stay!!! Then they had the nerve to take me to the apartment I was going to move in, and there were people inside fixing all the things they should have done before I got there! Finally, I found an apartment that was in another building and was on a different floor than what I had originally requested!!! Other things that have happened such as vomit in the hallways, (which they did not clean for two days until I threatened to call the Health Dept.)dirty hallways, loud people running up and down the stairs, drug paraphanalia, urine in front of my door, and loud neighbors having sex, have all pushed me to this point! I have never felt this way about a place in all my life!!! The people in the rental office try to help you out a little, but even they do not do too much to make your stay comfortable at all!!! And PLEASE... do not try to get in contact with one of the managers off site...she does not return any of your phone calls! I tried to explain to her in a letter about all the problems that I have experienced here, and she relayed a message that these type of things can happen anywhere! (That should tell you sonething too!)
Please!!!! Do not move here unless you want to be unhappy the entire time until your lease is up. I am moving from this place in exactly two months! Hopefully, I can survive until then!!!
P.S. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE MY PLACE!!!!!!
