I can't believe all the things that I'm reading. I lived at International Place and truly enjoyed it. My apartment was adorable. I am a female and I lived along at International Place and I never felt uncomfortable. My neighbors were friendly and respectful. I drove a brand new car and there was never even a scratch on it. I think that there's some people that write bad stuff because it gives them something to do & they like to complain. I have lived in very expensive apartments before & they weren't any better than here. The maintenance is great. Every time I have an issue they're on it & they're friendly, which you don't get at most places. The manager is awesome and she's been very friendly to me. The people that complained need to get over themselves & be happy to have a nice place to live at a great price!!!

I Work here, and this is definitely not from one of our staff. If someone has something nice to say about International or want to give their opinion let them. You have your opinion, let everyone else have theirs. I personally, don't think International is a bad place. I mean, every community has their ups and downs. Nowhere you live is going to be paradise. So, whoever this hocchieqqqq person is needs to go relax and take a chill pill and stop being so angry....

Oh don't even try it IPA22! I live across the street and every night I hear and see the police going over there. I have some friends and relatives that live there that say the place is a dump and they only moved there cause of the cheap rent -- but now regrets it. I guess you do get what you pay for! LOL!

I've lived in this complex for about two and a half years now, and I don't regret moving in. I am a young female, and I agree with the initial post. If you actually complain to the office about a problem (especially a safety issue) they will fix it. When I first moved in, I had problems with maintenance, but this has greatly improved! And no I don't work here, but I do find the office staff to be pretty frindly and helpful for the most part.
