I lived in International Place during 1999. I assumed my sisters lease as she was moving out of town. I lived in the smaller sized 2 bedroom unit. I had problems with maintenance taking forever to fix problems. The walls were kind of thin,and I actually dented a hallway wall moving a sofa in!! The water pressure was not so great. I had actually considered renewing the lease, but the office was very uncooperative with me. I was told I would have to move all my stuff out, they would inspect it, and I could move back in. With that much hassle, who would bother' After hearing gunshots in the Kmart parking lot one night, my decision to move was final!! I met many neighbors while I lived there, and everyone had maintenance problems with the a/c. You had to pay extra to use the complex gym!!
