I live there now and although the value is great, the apartments are crumby. Way too small and the maitenance sucks. Honestly everything that could break in my apartment has. My first day there the air conditioner broke and it was 93 degrees that day. Then i told the lady she said that maitenance doesn't come in until Monday. My Air Conditioner didn't get fixed until Thursday!! Since then it has broke two more times and is currently broke now!
