Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Changed rental rate midway through lease.
changed my lock without notifying me, sat in the cold for 3 hours at 1 am, maintenance was spotted urinating behind a bush hours before i was actually helped.
Unfriendly, unintelligent, poorly trained staff.
Security gate card never worked, so i was forced to speak with the female security guard with the 5 o'clock shadow every time i wanted to come home.
Parking was a disaster, Broken down cars left for months, vagrants always around the lots.
Noisy upstairs coke dealer abused his wife, i had to call the cops.
Frequent street light failures, not a safe area for night walking.
Third rate appliances, frequent air conditioning leaks, HORRIBLE RED ANT INFESTATION, frequent power outages.
drawer facades fell off on occasion for no reason.
Too many more negative aspects to list.
DO NOT RENT HERE!
