When I was searching for an apartment, I read some of the reviews on this place. Being a 20 year old female, looking to move out for the first time on my own, I have to admit, I was pretty hesitant. Well, here I am a year later and I have had no problems. The maintenence people responded fairly quickly to all of my concerns and the office staff is very friendly. I feel pretty safe living here. There is a guarded gate, and any visitors must show a drivers license and announce who they are visiting. International Place has undergone new management and is actually called Aspen Chase now. They are owned by McKinley I believe and they seem to have very nice apartment complexes. I have been very happy with my residency here. Do not let the negative reviews keep you from giving this place a shot.

Come on, I was with you at Wendy's, when you told me you wrote this review and you work in the leasing center for McKinley Mgt. Let's be fair here. Let the people that have an opinion write, you do not need that much job security.

Aspen chase is an unflushed toilet.you obviously work for management.i live here and i know how it really is.

McKinley is one of the best companies to work for in the country. Their employees get to go on junkets, at the expense of the tenants. Meanwhile, the tenants get treated like DIRT.

im about to sign a lease this month....its all i can afford....but i heard utilities were expensive i dont have any other choices =[
