For starters, you pay 649 rent for a two bedroom, but, what they neglect to tell you, is that gas is extra and gas bills can exceed over $300 per month.In essence,you are paying $850 a month, and,let me tell you,it is not worth it.The appliances are outdated and break down,and the staff is very rude and unhelpful. Additionally,there is garbage in the hall way that stays there for weeks,the parking lot is in need of repair,and it is not at all a safe or secure environment.Id call it a slum.Additionally,the bookkeeper is ditzy as hell and has made numerous mistakes in not recording my rent payments accurately.She doesn't seem to know what she is doing. Do not rent here.Trust me, you will regret it as myself and all of the people in my building do.When my lease expires,I'm out of this over priced slum!

I am familiar with that place. A total dump, should be condemned. There were roaches in every one of their apartments. When I was there a man died in an adjacent unit and laid dead in his apartment for weeks before he was taken out. There were shootings in the parking lot and my son's 12 year old friend was caught in the crossfire and was killed. A terrible place to live, it was by far my worst experience renting, ever.
