My son just moved out of a one bedroom- we asked for a 6 month lease -they wrote a 7 1/2 month lease and didn't mention it to him at lease signing!! He paid over $200 a month in utilities and fees!! to their own billing company. Renters have no control over their utility bill- you are charged a averaged rate for gas, trash, electric and a administration fee every month-this place is not bargain even if they offer you a free month!! Run the big

Aspen Chase is an unflushed toilet.Garbage in the halls that never gets picked up, $300 plus utility bills(my neighbor got one last winter for $500, for one month).Plus,Diane Steeg, the Bookkeeper rarely records rental payments in a timely or accurate manner.WATCH YOUR ASSES WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
