Yea, it's not in the best of neighborhoods but hey, its Ypsilanti. I had a friend that referred me becasue he told me how much he enjoyed living there. I have had some issues in the apartment with the heat and the fridge which they fixed both promptly. As far as the bookkeeper, Diane, she has sat me down and explained every charge in detail for me numerous times and makes it very east to understand what Im paying for. The staff has been nothing but courteous and friendly to me. And I didnt realize there were so many apartments here, almost 800! That makes me realize what a great job they really are doing at Aspen Chase. I realize that everyone has different experiences but mine has been great. I would definitely recommend this place. It shows bad taste and how bad an apartment complex is when the only person who can write a good review is the management team.
