I love aspen chase they gave me a really good deal on my place, and a better one to keep me for another year. However they milk you for their money with their new utility service. No matter what u do ur utilities will be a minimum of 35 dollars. I was gone the whole summer and noticed that for 3 months my bill stayed at 35$ the bad part is that while I was there the bill was 37$ !!! WTF!! I called about it and they said the cost is for the building, so u mean to tell me that if my neightbor uses up all the water I still have to foot the bill'' hell no, if ur desperate move here other than that look elsewhere.
