They have a great office staff. Almost 3 years after moving out they still remember my name and apartment number. I lived in their Golfside Manor complex. The apartment was large and well laid out with lots of closets and storage. The utilities were low, and we got extra storage space in the utility room. Whenever we had a problem (which was rare) they were fast about getting someone over to take care of it. Renting from Barnes and Barnes was definitely the best renting experience I've ever had. Way way better than any McKinley property. Way way better.
