I have lived in a Barnes apartment for one and one half years now. The office staff is always helpful, extremely nice and kind, and I pay my rent on time every month and have never , ever had to wait an unreasonable amount of time of maintance. I have rented for many many years and I have to say they are by far the best landlords I have ever had. they are genuinely concerned about the tenants, at least this tenant feels that way. I believe as long as you meet your agreement with your lease they do everything possible to take care of you.
