Could you give me a little more information? I'm looking at some of their apartments next week and would like to know what is so bad about them?

My apartment got broken into three times, and the entire house I live in got broken into 6 times and they did nothing....oh yes, we asked for extra lights, alarms...something, but to them it was not there problem!!! The heat did not work and when we told them about it they said it was DTE; and we had DTE come out they told us that it was the house we lived in....needless to say barns and barns would do nothing ( My apt was like ice cold all winter.....I still had a pretty high DTE bill ($130) a month was Average, because we would crank the heat and it wouldn't come through the fixtures!!!) We got mold in our apartment and they said it was not them, it was us.... I wanted to get out of lease but I couldn't! They also made me pay a full months rent when I my contract said I was out on 20th of the month....and in case you don't know most apartment places will pro- rate that so that you only pay for the 20 days that you are living there! The Office girl was rude, it was like she hated her job and everyone who came in! DO NOT LIVE THERE!!!

Well, seeing as how you sound sooooo, like, intelligent, like, I think I might take the other positive ratings on here as more likely to be, like, true. Lol, you sound like such an idiot. Next time you try to write a review, have your mommy spell check it for you first. Punctuation and capitalization are also both very important if you want people to take you seriously.
