I'm heading into my third year renting from Barnes and I'm very satisfied thus far. We've lived at the 900 block of Congress and the 600 block of Pearl St. In the fall we'll be at a one bedroom on Adams St. Whenever there are maintenance issues they tend to it within a day or two. Their office staff is terrific and always helpful. Bob, the owner, is a great guy and is very honest. There are many different units to choose from so choose wisely.

My only complaint is the turnover period from one apartment to another. They can't always pinpoint the timing of your move. However, I understand because a lot of tenants can't give an exact date of their move out so this effects others. I don't understand how some reviewers gave negative reviews. I'm guessing the reviewers screwed up and blamed Barnes.
