Bad management, bad apt

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
- Hallway stinks
- Entrance locks dont work most of the time, you feel like ur a theif or something if you want to try to get into your own building keys.
- Free Internet wont work almost 20days a month
- Management would not take responsibility and would keep turning the table to THE OWNER who is never seen.
- handyman are jerk, does the good work but you would never want to see them working.. pretty rough
- old air conditioning units would howl all night .. better to sweat than to turn on that crazy thing.
- central heating would stop randomly during the coldest nights atleast 2 days a month and you will have no one to complaint about it... freaky scary !
lemme get back when I find a good point !
