These apartments are huge and a good bargain if you can put up with the staff and your neighbors. The buildings smell. The girls in the office are generally rude. The landlord himself is nice and easy to get along with. When we moved in we had a TON of cleaning to do-they don't do a very good job of that. We left the apt. -in MUCH better condition than when we had moved in as far as cleaniness-I don't think the oven had been cleaned in the entire history of the apartment-and we cleaned it! We also deep cleaned the fridge and the bathroom - yet management still found ways to charge us for damage! However, the price is a pretty good bargain for the location. The buildings are more solid than some others in Ypsi. Noise was not a problem.
