I have lived at Brookwood for over three years. The community is very small and overall I really enjoy my apartment. The bedrooms are huge and there are lots of windows. Maintenance is first class and the one person in the office is all business. She has to be in order to keep all the paperwok moving, but if she tells you something or makes you a promise you can take it to the bank. There are lots of rules and they are enforced for everyone, they have to be otherwise one or two bad apples would spoil the bunch.
