I don't get not the best

I have lived at Brookwood for two years. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH HAVING WORK DONE IN MY APARTMNET. Usually maintenance is there within 24 hours and as for traffic at night, people come home from work at night. The parking is tight,but there is tons of light and i feel safe. There are not enough spaces and yes, I live in an apartmnet so there is notice, but it's just what you expect.
