I've lived in several different apartment complexes over the past eight years and Brookwood is incredible! The office and maintenance staff is professional and impeccable in their devotion and dedication to the residents. All maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Tenants are courteous and the area is ethnically diverse. Seems safe here and the grounds and parking area is well lighted.
