I was ready to give a decent review for this place until I started reading the ones that are already on here. I am starting to think that all my neighbors are a little whacky. I do not understand this whole argument occuring through the reviews. I can say that not one of these people, including the crazy petitioner lady, have a life. It does seem odd that the staff would argue with and through tenants on the apartment ratings web site. Oh, free speech is exactly what this website allows people to do. I do not believe that any harm is done to be considered harrassment. All of you need to find somethinig more constructive to do than argue over Brookwood!
As for the apartment, good for the price.
THe community...nutcases! All of them!
