I read all the comments and decided to move in anyway. I had a samll problem with the dishwasher and it was repaired the next day. The bedrooms are huge, but no extra storage. Lots of kids hanging around, but there is no eay to force people to be better parents. Not enough parking, so buy a carport. Hear noise in the hallway, but not in my apartment. No traffic noise at all because Brookwood is not a road. Good value for the price.
