I've been at Brookwood for a couple of years and I would like to respond to the last review.
First of all, everyone one here knowns who provides police protection since were are advised both at move in who to call if we have a problem and then we are reminded in the newsletter at least every other month. So it is down right insulting to imply that a resident could not have written the last review. Not only that, some of us had enough sense to check out crime in the area before we moved in!
The bedrooms ar huge, the repairs usually take less than 48 hours and the paperwork is handled on time. I have recomanded two friends for which I was given a $250.00 rent credit. I love it, it;s not fancy but it is nice.
