Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I don't get the last review. They gave the complex a 5 but did not recommend' I've been here a couple of since last year and I like it OK. The hallways need work but they are kept clean and the apartment is nice and it was really, really clean when I moved in. The bedrooms are big and I've had no maintenance problems at all.
They started to replace roofs this summer and we just got a note that they are going to replace the rotted trim on all the buildings with siding so maybe the hallways are next on the list
