I lived here for a year, the grounds are clean and well kept. Management is nice and considerate. Unfortunately water runs from the roof and the air conditioners and creates pools in the back near the patios. This creates a soggy mess and leads to pests moving into the first floor apartments. I had to constantly use bug spray to control them.
