The staff (at least the staff that I've met) is very friendly. My neighbors are quiet and I haven't had to make any complaints about noise or anything like that. Maybe that's because there are no kids in my building. My biggest pet peeve is the fact that maintenance is a little slow when it comes to making repairs. It wouldn't hurt if there was more lighting in the parking lot and in front of the buildings.
