The Apt's are spacious and generally well kept. There is no air conditioning and the Apt's are really well insulated so it get's very hot in the summer time. I've heard that the management takes bribes from 'certain' residents and has even doctored section 8 claims for residents. I never had any problems with crime while living there - though I did hear stories from friends who also lived there.
The location is good - close to I94, Downtown Ypsi & Downtown A2.
