First of all the noise leval both day and night is horrible. The people in the office lie they tell you one thing another person another and then when confronted say well we are in the middle of a policy change and so we dont know what to tell you. When talking to them they basically ingnore you. The halls are always trashed. They allow people to rent apartments just to hold religous mettings where 50 - 60 people are there at a time which leads to no parking spaces crowded halls, and excessive noise. In the winter time the apartments are so hot because you have one heat setting on or off. Most of the people living there keep their windows open all year long. The grounds hardly ever get cleaned there is garbage every where. I have lived there for only 8 months and I am fully disgusted with the place.
