Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I know that the rent is cheap and it doesn't seem that bad but,DO NOT under any circumstances move into Tuscan Creek. I lived there for a year and had 3 different mngt co. and none of them knew what they were doing. The place is creepy. The police would knock on my door to ask about other tenants, bums would sleep outside my door in the winter, and the updated appliances are a lie.
TURN IN YOUR KEYS AT THE END OF YOUR LEASE OR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU RENT UNTIL YOU DO, THEY ALSO REQUIRE A 30 DAY NOTICE THAT YOU ARE MOVING OUT OR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THE NEXT MONTHS RENT EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT PART OF THE LEASE.
p.s. the laundry facilities are closed on sundays
