Worst apartment experience in my life

DO NOT move here. 4 shootings (that I know of), major theft problem, potholes from hell in the driveways, horrid neighbors who throw trash anywhere in the halls and an incompetent, rude maintainence staff. I wouldn't recommend this hell hole to my worst enemy. One of the worst mistakes of my life was thinking I could live here with my child. STAY AWAY.

I was transfered in as the mananger at Tuscan Creek in April 2009. We had the roads repaired in early May, and to my knowledge have received no reports of shooting in the community. The grounds are cleaned daily by our staff and hallways are cleaned every two weeks by a cleaning service. Each time the office staff goes out we carry a bag and pick up the hallways as we go. Altought the property is not perfect it continues to improve and we strive to make this a comfortable place for our residents

The roads were still crap when we left. As for you not knowing about the shootings....how could you miss the 5 police cars in the complex and the deputys roaming the grounds with guns drawn???

Lived there growing up. Crappy living conditions. The staff was not capable of running anything, and Wasnt able to take proper care of the property. Would never recommend any living thing live there at all
