I lived in Dover from July 2005 to July 2006. In May 2006 my apartment was broken into (by my neighbors I suspect). All the management seemed to care about was making sure that they weren't responsible. I didn't want to leave the house for fear that they would come back for the rest of our stuff! We had no screendoors! We could buy them and pay maintenance $35 each to install them. The $715 for a 2 bedroom townhome is an unbeatable deal, but unfortunately any few undesirables can get together $715 per month. The management may have changed, but the undesirable neighbors stay the same.
