I visited Dover Place Townhomes several times and really considered moving there. The townhomes are large, but it seemed like that was about the only thing that they had going for them. It seems like this would not be an ideal place for college students. There are lots of children and people with public housing vouchers. There are no ammenities at Dover like a pool or clubhouse. If you are just looking for lots of space and don't mind living with lots of kids, then you will probably be happy there.
