When you have no money...the govt helps its citizens. When the govt pays your rent and your bills for you...what makes you want to go out and be a decent human being and work' absolutely nothing. You have these great handouts...and no one to pay back for them....so your time is spent by watching tv, roaming into others backyards, breaking into cars and causing trouble. Just because its a new management..don't mean crap....they still accept section 8 people....and they still allow people with criminal records. They charge you 35 bucks for a background check....whoop di do. Its obviously not comprehensive...since the police show up their daily. Also they have had 2 homicides in the 14 months I lived there. Great if you have a high life insurance policy and want to get raped, robbed, assaulted, or abused by the unprofessional management. There was always someone who had to roll his caddy blasting the base to some crappy rap station at 11 or 12 at night...what is wrong with these ------- people. The only professionals who worked for Dover was there answering service after hours...maybe because they weren't associated with Dover directly.
Overall...if I had to rate this place on a scale from 1--10...I would honestly give it a 2...and I think thats being 4 points to generous. I despise them so much, I would almost pay your entire lease if you went somewhere else.

First of all section 8 and crime are not synonymous. I know many people on section 8 who are using that opportunity to better themselves. Just because a few recipients make section 8 look bad doesn't give you the right to corner all of them in your sterotype.

Sure it does! They just slapped a new name on it!!! The owners and the residents are still the same. (except those residents, like myself, who have recently moved out because they're fed up. The managment company changed but kept the some of the same rude staff memebers - HOW DUMB!
