The leasing staff was GREAT!! They were so friendly and the model apartment was soo nice that you overlooked some of the physical faults (I have NO idea why the casings around the windows could not at least be painted).... until they hired the lady with a strange redish hair color. This lady was SO BEYOND RUDE! Also, Maint. would come into your apartment without permission or without knocking. I was in the shower one day and heard someone downstairs...it was maintenance. They never even bothered to knock and I had no notification that they would even be there. My daughters IPOD came up missing from our livingroom while we were out (no forced entry). I got 2 eviction notices for non-payment posted on my door and had to go to the office each time with my reciept (that they signed when my rent was paid) -I was humiliated!!! When I wanted to move, the office would not respond to any landlords, I never recieved my security deposit (and they have a forwarding address)nor did I recieve any paperwork telling me why. I have considered taking them to court for it. If you take your trash out you better do it before the sun goes down - they place is over run with racoons who sit in, on and around the trash containers. There is a BIG spider problem and they will not do anything about it. The RUDE lady told me that they were spiders not roaches and that there was little they could do about them. She wasn't the manager or the assistant manager so I don't know how she could be allowed to make that decision but she was. Gun shots were fired at night and when I tried to complain to the office once I was told that the shots were coming from someplace else and that I was mistaken....NOT. The security guard was only at the gate MAYBE a couple times a month... the list goes on....Don't move in there!!
