nasty ,randown ,smelly,overpriced, no safe place to park/

Funny how you state this, yet you lived there nearly 8 years ago. Alot can, and has, changed since then. Kircher is no longer in charge and the new landlords have completely turned the place around. Perhaps before you go running your mouth about something, you should get information about how good the place is now.
