I have lived at eastern village for a year. I have not had any problems. Parking is always available. You can have cats in your apartment. Without paying extra. Apartments are quiet. If anything had to be fixed it was done the next day. The outside appearance does need to be fixed up a lot. very cheap living with large apartments.
