We just leased an apartment. We were promised that everything would be ready and it was not. In fact the apartment was trashed. Everyone at the office seemed confused. Everyone was belaming everyone else. We are trying to break our lease. All we can say is stay away from the F-Scott Company. They are very disorganized and their apartments are all very dumpy and not well maintained. The office is poorly run and when we tried to contact the office manager, Michelle, we were given the blow off. Clearly they are slumlords and don't care about the tenants.
