Are you smoking crack' Well you must be if you feel Eastern Village is a good value. It is a slum and it is run a SLUMLORD. The building I lived in flooded three times. The last time it happened it smelled like urine an poop for a week. It took them days to fix it. The office staff is not only slow but messes everything up, the girl at the front desk is very nice, but seems to have no power to make any changes, the girl with the dark hair tells you that she is going to help you out, but nothing ever happens, then when you ask her what happened she acts like she never talked to you before. Maintence is non existant. I always paid my rent on time and in full and yet nothing ever got fixed. Yes the apartments are big, but they are falling apart. All of my neighbors were miserable. Eastern Village is poorly run and one of the worse places to live. I could not wait to move out. The office staff offered me another apartment run by them in another location, but I turned them down because I am sure it is the same no matter where you live. The only thing that is going to make that place better is new ownership!!!
