The old manager was so cool when my fiance' and I moved in. Now the old manager is gone and we've been forced to endure hell till' our lease is up. The Co. has unfortunantly agreed to let mental patients reside in the bowels(basements) of the complexes. They are very eerie and scary. I had one ask me If I would be willing to take him to the store EEK. I am so not use to dealing with those type of people, considering they could go crazy at any time. EV should have let the residents vote on this decision, considering the numerous single moms living here.

EV also does not allow dogsin their buildings. Apparently, they have people with below average comprehension skills. Someone interpreted that as ok, just not big dogs. I have seen a chihuahua and a bull bog so far snuck in the complex. I called mngt. and they didn't seem to give a hoot.

PLEASE DON'T SIGN YOUR DIGNITY AND SAFETY AWAY WITH EV!!!!
