We have been tenants for 2years and we are very unhappy with the office manager Michelle. She is very unprofessional and down right mean. The only thing that she is good at is taking cigarette breaks and talking about tenants in a rude manner. Many times when we came to pay our rent we could hear her from the office ridiculing tenants and other staff. We are upset that over the last two years of our tenancy that all the good leasing agents, esp. the foreign girl have quit. We ran into one of the leasing agents who worked there two years ago who said that since Michelle started working there everything has gone down hill. We don't know why the company keeps such a terrible and obviously poorly trained person as a manager. Does she even have any education' She sends poorly written letters to us and never follows up with problems. We will not be living with this company any more. Our apartment at Eastern Village is in shambles and there is little or no maintenence. We have had many sewage back-ups and our apartment smelled like poop for months. No one ever came to clean it up despite our constant complaints. I was told that Michelle would respond to us and I know she knows about this issue yet acts like she doesn't. She is unable to take responsiblity as any other manager would. We have already started looking for our new place and have found that every other complex that we have looked at has much better management. All I know is that everyone I live by is not staying and most of us because of the terrible management. Eastern Village has gone from bad to worse.
