My wife, infant child and myself have lived at the complex for over 2 years and have yet to experience a problem. The office staff and mangement have been excellent. I'm very pleased with professionalism displayed by all aspects of the mangement team. The rent is resonable,the apartments are spacious and being a student it's very quiet. The overall enviroment around the facility is pleasent.

Overall the complex gets 5 stars from me.
