The last review is right on the money. Turn over in the office is high, always a new person at the front desk, which means that it must be a terrible place to work.
We rented because of the pool, which never opened. Drug dealing in the parking lot is a common occurance. Perhaps the fact that the lots are very dark could be a factor. I even went so far as to check out other sites that this landlord has, thinking that transfering to something else would solve the problem. But when I drove by the other houses and complex that these people own, they were all just as crappy.
