The maintenance team here is very good. If there is a problem they can fix, it is fixed immediately. The management is very poor. If it is something that maintenance can not fix and you have to wait for management to do something about it, good luck. There are things I have waited over a year to have fixed!
It isn't the safest of neighborhoods. There have been several police and fire trucks at the complex within the last year.
The apartments themselves are spacious and inexpensive.
