The best part of living at Fairway Trails is the responsive, friendly staff. They're always helpful, and know their residents by name. Any problems are quickly addressed.
The complex is quiet, and my neighbors are reserved, but friendly. No noise complaints at all on the 3rd floor. The buildings were mostly built in the mid to late 70's, and are solidly built and well maintained. Service requests were few, but were promptly taken care of.
Overall, living at Fairway Trails was a pleasant experience, and I have recommended it to friends and acquaintances as a reasonable, comfortable complex.
