True, the staff at Fairway Trails is friendly and quick about fixing problems (if any), but my experience with neighbors has been but at all quiet. It seems that management does not "check up" on whether 2,4,6, or even 8 people live in a 2 bedroom apartment. This I assure you is illegal. I understand that apartment living is nothing compared to having your own property, but I would think that it could be a lot better if only people as well as managment would be more considerate to those around them.
