I lived at Fairway Trails for 2 years and I experienced a guy severely beat up in my apartment building, cops wielding guns, crack addicts breaking in and entering apartments. I also experienced vandals bashing in my front and back truck windows. Not only did this happen to my truck, but at least 3 other cars were dented from vandals. I contacted the office at least 5 times, filed a police report, and still have not heard anything from management about the situation. Now I'm moving out and stuck paying $500 for my windows. And, management has the nerve to be increasing rent to 694!!
