I have lived here at Fairway Trails for almost a year now and I have enjoyed it. I have never had any maintenance problems in my apartment so I really can't say much about that. The grounds are well kept here and I really like that there are plenty of parking spaces. I think that the staff is pretty helpful and it shows that they do their best to make this a nice place to live. As far noise in the apartments, I have never heard the neighbors through the walls unless loud music is played. Overall I think fairway Trails is a nice and safe place to live. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
