I have lived in Flo-Mar for a year now and my roommate has been there for 2 now. We love it.
The only negative thing at all I would say is it is difficult to get out of there. I am getting married and trying to find a sub-leaser and there are fines and carpet cleaning fees and such.
As for maint. and appliances they are great. Our oven was cooking unevenly for about 3 weeks so we put in a request and in 1 week a new stove and oven combo was in!
