We love our apartment at Flo-Mar. We have ample parking and we are close to campus. We recently got new windows. According to the office staff, all properties have new windows as of November. All of our appliances are new. In fact our dishwasher broke and they replaced it with a new one right away. All of our maintenence needs have been met very quickly. The office staff is very friendly and professional. We are happy that we moved in and hope to stay for a while.
