Overpriced (you get very LITTLE for what you pay) -- heat does not work, no ceiling fans, discolored ceiling tiles, discolored carpeting, radiator is rusty and falling apart, poor paint job, fan in bathroom does not work, etc.

Parking is a nightmare. Required to pay for parking in some houses -- not guaranteed parking because maintenance parks as they wish. Parking lot is unpaved (dangerous in winter)and has poor lighting.

Maintenance crew is rude and unprofessional. They are slow are fixing problems and often do a poor job at it.

Office staff is not helpful in resolving problems that occur.

Was not impressed.
