The only kind of people willing to pay outragous prices are those who make there money illegally, yep thats right, murderers, hookers, and drug dealers were all my neighbors while living here. The office staff came on to me when i said my heat didnt work, they offered to heat me up. Then proceeded to sell me an eight ball, and they didnt mean the fortune telling kind. i'm very scared and i think maintence is at the door, please call 911 now!
